Founder

Jordan Durham

Jordan’s career started in New York, marketing Broadway shows in Times Square. After successfully rebranding a popular off-Broadway show, his newly found passion launched a blooming career in graphic design. Jordan has had the privilege of designing for many different clients from Art Garfunkel at Carnegie Hall, to a National Donut Tour.  From poster designs to playbills, he worked his way up to creating an innovative design company that focuses on going beyond surface website design and logos to ensure their clients’ brands are consistent across all forms.

Jordan currently serves as the creative director of Hudson Design Agency which he began with his wife Melinda. His goal with Hudson Design Agency is to provide brand identity to clients while his team focuses on the small details that make each company unique. Through his agency, he manages a team of talented designers who have studied design extensively through various applications. He has also introduced a team of editors on board who each have considerable experience in online and print editing.

Jordan takes pride in not only hiring people that are exceptional for the job, but are passionate about what they do. He believes innkeeping his team happy by creating an environment for learning and growth, as well as focusing on each team member’s path to success. Even though each client is different, Jordan and his team excel at communicating within specific industries and have prided themselves staying grounded with basic design principles and trends.

Jessica Slater

Senior Graphic Designer
Jessica Slater is a Graphic Designer at Hudson Design Agency, where she can always be found working on an InDesign project! Jess specializes in print design, and works on marketing collateral, stationary, and promotional assets. On her off time, Jess can usually be found re-organizing her bookshelves, hiking with her cat, or designing books for self-publishing authors! With a belief in design as a problem-solving tool, she often experiments with new solutions for functional design. Her background in fine art often appears in her design work through handmade elements and illustrations. Likewise, her life-long love of books and printed materials shows throughout her work with creative solutions to formatting and organization.

Michaela Jenkins

Print & UI Designer
Michaela Jenkins is a Freelance Print and UI Designer at Hudson Design Agency. As someone who has been designing professionally for almost 5 years she has experience designing almost every kind of digital or visual media, and knows the power good branding has. She began her design career fresh out of college, while looking to find a more fulfilling niche within the digital marketing/digital media realm. After 2 years of various contract jobs she decided to take the skills she learned and bring her career to the next level by freelancing. Since beginning her freelance career Michaela has worked with several small businesses bringing their existing branding to modern standards; designed stunning and functional websites for start up companies; and has designed a wide range of print material from brochures and letterheads, to sales sheets and catalogues. Michaela prides herself in having experience designing for a wide range of industries from restaurants to construction companies.

Michelangelo Saladdino

Graphic Designer
Lindsay is Hudson Design Agency’s in-house Senior Copywriter. Her role is simple: make sure there’s no pesky spelling or grammar mistakes that muddle the clarity of our clients’ website, documents, and other designed assets. When she was 17, she published her first poem in Teen Ink Magazine, and at 18, she received the Excellence in English Award for her graduating high school class. She continued to cultivate her passion and skill for writing, later graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in English Writing. During her college career, she was a Department Writer for Study Breaks Magazine and the Editor-in-Chief at Noah Education Fund. Today, Lindsay works as the Senior Marketing Copywriter at the event technology company Patron Technology, where she develops marketing and sales materials, targeted email strategies, and product rollout marketing campaigns to promote their integrated suite of event technology.

Nicole Andrasko

Copy-Editor
Nicole Andrasko is an Editor at Hudson Design Agency. She always harnessed a passion for writing and editing from a young age, where she then studied Literary Arts at a performing arts high school. After 2 years of studying Journalism at Flagler College, she transferred to the University of Pittsburgh where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a Related Area in English Literature. Her range and length of studies have given her a strong eye for detail when it pertains to writing and editing, and a solid understanding of AP Style. At Hudson Design Agency, she edits various types of company documents to ensure they are grammatically correct and formatted accurately. Prior to Hudson Design Agency, she published list-based articles for an online magazine, wrote pieces on mental health published online for the University of Pittsburgh, and was a Social Media Manager for an online writing forum where she boosted engagement significantly.
